A fixed shipping fee of 200 EUR is applied to each order and is automatically added at checkout.

All ceramic objects are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for import duties, customs taxes, or local fees according to the regulations of their country.

Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our ceramic artworks, returns are accepted only in case of damage during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos of both the damaged object and the packaging. This documentation is essential for insurance and claim purposes.
